Chandigarh Mayor Polls: After SC Grilling, Returning Officer Anil Masih Apologises

Chandigarh Mayor polls returning officer Anil Masih issued an "unconditional apology" to the Supreme Court today. This comes after the Court grilled him for his conduct during the Mayor polls. Masih said he would withdraw the earlier affidavit which stated that he was reeling under depression and anxiety and wherein he denied allegations of tampering with ballots.
