This Doctor Reacts video is on episode 6 of the INCREDIBLE new series on Apple TV, called The Crowded Room. Tom Holland's portrayal is based on the real case of Billy Milligran and is all about dissociative identity disorder and whether it can be a defence for a violent offence in the courts.
