Who is Dame Inga Beale?

Dame Inga Beale studied economics and accounting before joining Prudential Assurance Company in 1982. At the start of her career, Inga saw first-hand the inequality between men and women in the workplace and later moved to be an underwriter for General Electric’s insurance department.
