Harvesting, Curing, and Braiding Shallots for Storage. Learn a simple braid/plait technique!

Hello! The shallots this year were grown in a much smaller area of the garden than usual, but the harvest was generous enough for some lovely shallot braids/plaits. Today I'm going to see how good of a teacher I am, as I follow my OWN video from three years ago to braid my homegrown shallots. These are french grey shallots, an heirloom variety with great flavor.
