Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque | Abu Dhabi, UAE (Day Trip from Dubai)

The Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque is an easy day trip from Dubai. We spent four hours at the mosque to experience it in the daytime (so beautiful!) and night (magical!).

Use this as a guide on how to visit Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque from Dubai. The bus is comfortable and runs on a schedule that leaves frequently (about every 20 minutes). The Abu Dhabi bus station is in the heart of the city, so you'll have to take a 30 Dirham taxi out to the mosque (and then back to the bus station later - there's a taxi stand at the mosque). The mosque provides abayas and kandoras for free if you're not covered appropriately.
