Palestinian Muslim & Jewish Americans came together on The National Mall to march & rally for a ceasefire from all factors & call out for peace for all people whom they call "our brothers & sisters", no matter what nationality, race, or religion. The narrative of the hospital being bombed & the 500 dead as a result, which has been publicly dismissed as mis-information, was shared in a speech & got a huge response when the speaker said, "within one day they tell us it was the Palestines bombing our own hospital & killing our own people!?!" To which the crowd responded with, "Nooooo!", shaking of heads & "Boooooo!" If this is truly misinformation, then I call on Representative Tlaib to make a public announcement that is shared everywhere retracting her statement, admitting it was incorrect, & apologizing for the great damage it has done. I had three young Palestinian American teens who wanted to speak with me so much, that I agreed as long as they stayed off of the camera. A short yet interesting exchange. They also shared about the hospital & 500.
Once again this Rally, hosted by the same groups as yesterday's, felt organic & I was grateful not to see the far leftist goon squad there. Everyone was super nice & peaceful. I pray we can have peace & stop the senseless & horrific suffering and tragic loss of lives. I pray that terrorism in all of its forms will stop. I pray that all governments & groups around the world will stop treating real people like expendable pieces on a chess board & stop their madness. I don't know what to do, but God does, so I give it to him & continue to pray for my brothers & sisters everywhere. My heart goes out to the ones caught in the worst circumstances. God's mercy on us all in these very troubled times.
