RECIPE:

CARROT JUICE CRUSHER
INGREDIENTS:
1.5 oz 818 Tequila Blanco
.75 oz Lemon Juice
.5 oz Carrot Juice
.25 oz Passionfruit
Ginger Beer

PREP:
(1) Combine all ingredients except the ginger beer into a shaker with ice and shake until cold.
(2) Strain into a highball glass with ice.
(3) Top with ginger beer.
