Summer has been busy and yet not at the same time. This autumn, we will have been here for a year. I’ve been reflecting a lot. One thing is certain, for me, is that I want to get to know this house, land, life, and the best part…. The spirit of this countryside.

In Autumn of 2023, I bought a homestead in the heart of Italy in a region called Umbria. It was built in the mid 80's. It needs to be cleaned up and some good TLC. I would like to renovate it to make it more a rustic Italian country house.
