Mental Elf 2023 | West Sussex Mind

Highlights from our Mental Elf fun run & walk event on 26 Nov.

The event took place on Worthing seafront and involved nearly 200 runners, plus scores of spectators, who turned out to run, jog, walk and wheel their way around the 5K course.

The event was attended by Sally Gunnell OBE, who not only started the run for us but also took part herself - thanks a million Sally!
