Sally and Emma are first on scene when two explosions rock a local street & Stone & Will quickly respond to assist. Gold arranges backup from the station, under the eye of Meadows & Heaton. Later, Emma finds a building on fire, and during the response, a suspect package is found. As she finishes clearing the building, the bomb goes off, and radio silence stuns the station.
