Ingredients:
Ingredients to make corn salsa
1 cup corn kernels (boiled)
1/2 cup chopped tomato
1/4 cup finely chopped red onions
1/2 cup chopped cucumber
2 tbsp chopped cilantro (coriander leaves)
1/2 tsp finely chopped jalapenos
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp cumin powder
salt to taste
1 tsp black pepper powder

Method:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
2. Taste & adjust the seasoning. Add more salt, lemon juice & pepper as per taste.
3. Let it rest for 30 minutes in the refrigerator. It tastes best when served chilled.
