Buying Down Interest Rate on Mortgage | HOW TO SAVE MONEY

Today we're going to talk about the pros and cons of buying down interest rates for your mortgage, what it means, and how to do it. Spoiler alert- in my experience, it rarely pencils out for people. But I’m spending some time talking about why that is, and what you should be looking out for to see if it’s right for you (it might be!) I’m going to explain how to look at the math to make the right choice depending on how long you plan to have this loan.

And keep in mind, even if this is your forever home, chances are it's not your forever loan. Lots of things to consider when taking those smart steps to financial freedom!
