Mythic+ DPS Tier List | The War Within

I've been getting a lot of questions about how I feel about specific DPS specs. It's tier list o'clock. I think there is a decent amount that can change with these specs moving into the expansion, but this is how I feel about them right now.

Also worth noting that balance in TWW season 1 seems like it will be a lot better than DF season 4 / 3.
