During the last half a year, Asaf Avidan has toured endlessly armed only with his guitar, harmonica and vocals.
The response of the crowd to these intimate, acoustic shows were tremendous.
The audience got to experience Asaf's songwriting and performing skills almost face to face...
Well...almost.
Then it occured to us - If it's intimate they want - why not go all the way?
Why not let you experience Avidan and his music, alone, in a small room - literally face to face?
So thats what we did - We rented a small space in south Tel Aviv.
Not a studio. Just a real room. For 48 hours.
And we put Asaf in there. With a guitar.
And then we pressed record.
Occasionly, so he wouldn't get bored, we invited some of his friends.
One at a time. With no rehearsals, and no preperations.
This is the result -
Avidan's music, with no added sugar or preservatives.
Just him and his songs - in a box.
