Prismacolor Premier Colored Pencil Review

Before you start watching this video I would just like to give you a heads up so that you don't feel you have wasted your time. I personally feel that there are so many excellent Prismacolor Premier Reviews out there and I wanted to try and add a different spin to my review, try to add something different.
In this review I have spoke about the issues surrounding Prismacolor and how to overcome them if there is a way.
