It was a terrible mistake, a terrible, terrible waste, and only now can the true story be told. It began as a mercy mission; an Australian Navy team overseas, saving lives after the tsunami. It ended a year ago this Sunday, when their Sea King helicopter crashed and burst into flames on the Indonesian island of Nias - the Navy's worst ever air disaster. Just two of the crew survived, and in 2006 one of the them spoke out for the first time, giving a dramatic account of the last flight of Sea King Shark Two. And there's also damning evidence why this was no accident - how the Navy failed one of its most precious assets, the heroic men and women of Shark Two.
