Balance is one of the foundations of fitness that are often over looked. In my gyms people are going right for the weights, or the machines to get their workout in. You can't nelect your balance.

Balance and stability exercises are the true core of the body, and are essential for maintaining health and symmetry. Especially as we age. We aren't getting any younger, and if you don't use it, you lose it.

When you're training your balance, not only are you strengthening and fortifying your joints from injury, but you're also improving your body mechanics. Proper body mechanics as you age is whats going to keep you moving, keep you healthy, keep you away from the doctor and bring you an active lifestyle for years to come.

Coach Brady Malone is a Florida local who has been an athlete his entire life, starting with playing youth sports growing up. Professionally he has a Bachelors Degree and Masters Degree in Exercise Science.
