陝西女博士40萬造節能房，全年不花一分錢電費 Female Doctor Spends 400,000 RMB Building a 270-m2 Energy-saving House

35歲的王怡瓊改造了老家陝西渭南的農村自建房。 房子可以自行發電，滿足一家人的日常使用，全年幾乎零電費；院內的水循環系統，可以應對西北的乾旱氣候；「陽光罩」、能夠發熱的繪畫、空心玻璃磚……讓房子實現低碳取暖 。 建築面積270㎡宅子的總造價，壓低至40萬元。 設計師朋友們都不敢相信：“你是怎麼做到的？”

Wang Yiqiong, a 35-year-old female doctor, renovated the family house in her hometown, a village in Weinan, Shaanxi. The house itself can generate electricity to meet the family's daily demand, and they hardly need to pay electricity bills. The water circulation system in the yard can help meet the challenge of the dry climate in the Northwest. The house achieves low-carbon heating with the assistance of a "glass cover", self-heating paintings, glass bricks and so on. The cost of building the 270-m2 house is only 400,000 RMB, which is hard to believe for a lot of her designer friends.
