Cheese Curd Pizza on the Solo Stove PI Prime

I love when I get to break out one of my pizza ovens and cook up some delicious pies for friends and family.

These Beecher's Cheese Curds melt perfectly and the fresh garlic and basil add a good finishing touch. If you can't get Beecher's Cheese Curds any good quality cheese curd will do the job.

If you don't have an outdoor pizza oven like the Solo Stove PI Prime do yourself a favor and pick one up this summer. They are awesome for outdoor entertaining and are great for family pizza night as well.
