After a closely–contested first quarter, Duke pulled away and left no doubt against Northwestern, winning at home 66-50. The Blue Devils were suffocating defensively, holding the Wildcats to just 27% shooting from the floor. Offensively, it was a balanced attack for Duke, who trotted out 11 different players in the game–each one scored a field goal. Ashlon Jackson led the way with 10 points, while Elizabeth Balogun contributed 8 points and 8 rebounds.
