San Andreas Purge Emergency Broadcast System (Grand Theft Auto V RP)

This is not a test.

This is your Emergency Broadcast System announcing
the commencement of the NFFA Purge Program
in the State of San Andreas.

The following weapons can not be used during the Purge
are weapons of mass destruction & fragment-producing
explosives. Such as grenades, C4 bombs, and rocket launchers.

State and Federal government officials have been given
immunity from the Purge for protection and shall not be
harmed.

Commencing at the siren, any and all crime, including
murder, will be legal for 12 continuous hours.

Police, fire and emergency medical services will be unavailable
until tomorrow morning at 7 am, when the Purge concludes.
