Right Turn Accidents- The Trucker ALWAYS to Blame!

Dave talks about a very common scenario, which truck drivers encounter very often....especially when driving in city centers.
All truck drivers know that when turning right, the truck must swing wide, and thus the trailer tracks poorly and infringes on the right hand lane.
This is a controversial issue, as to whether or not, big rigs should be allowed to infringe on that right lane, when navigating a right hand turn.
Drivers ask, 'will I be charged if I hit a car?' 'Am I within my legal rights to complete such a turn?' 'How do I best handle a right hand turn when driving a truck?'
There's no simple answer to these questions. However, Dave walks through the process by reiterating his own personal experience, when charged with hitting a car, when turning right in a double right lane.
