The Turning Wheel and the Silent Grave :

Time is a wheel, and death has endless ways,
While man still clings to hope through fleeting days.
Lessons surround us — tales of rise and fall,
All by the will of God who governs all.

A soul may laugh, then weep in swift descent,
For God it is who joy and sorrow sent.
The tried, the tested — often cast aside,
While men chase wealth and status with their pride.

Creation lies within the Lord's domain,
Each soul enslaved, yet God alone shall reign.
Blessed is he who turns to God again,
With heart contrite and tears like gentle rain.

O seller of your faith for worldly gold,
What worthless trade! What shameful hand you hold.
How long will you in games and pleasure stray,
While death draws near with mouth agape each day?

Not all desires are met as one would pray,
Some chase a wish — and in that wish they lay.
Desires deceive, illusions dress them fair,
Yet death may strike in things we dearly care.

You’re fooled by Earth, its glitter and its glow,
But wretched is the one whom world does throw.
As though the man, long safe in earthly breath,
Now writhes beneath the veil of looming death.

While people sleep, unaware of fate’s decree,
Yet trials come to wake and make them see.
Be just, if you would guidance truly find,
Don’t wish for others what you’d leave behind.

How many days arrived with joy in bloom,
Then turned to cries beneath a deathly gloom.
No deed of good, however small or slight,
Shall be forgotten — all shall meet the Light.
