NAKURU Beyond the City Episode 6 | FREE AREA | Good, Bad and Ugly

Nakuru Beyond the City is a brand new series on my channel that will take you around the estates of Nakuru city. You will get to learn various aspects of each area including amenities such as schools, clubs, recreation spots, medical centres, road networks, housing, and much more.
Episode 6 takes us to Free Area, but contrary to the name, the area is actually inhabited and mostly features low standards of living. This is evident from the old-school kind of settlements prominent in the area.
Churches are also a dominant figure here.
On the good side, Free Area has a big market for agricultural produce and a 'mtumba' market too. Upgrades are being made to the main roads branching into the estate and getting to Free Area from Nakuru CBD is about 7 minutes drive.
