Netracells in depth

Netracells is a game mode that is a part of the Demois planet via Sanctum
if you don't see it, you need to do a few quests before you get access to it
you start Netra cells by talking to Tagfer aboard the Sanctum

This will then queue the mission. You then go into the airlock, which will then load the mission
you grab four keys if you are soloing, or if you are running with a squad, each person grabs one, or one of them person grabs a few, if not all (so u don't have to)
Once the keys are grabbed, you can hack the terminal to open the door. It will then ask you to hack each terminal to point in the direction of the netracells(method 1)
if you want to skip this, find the 3rd furthest terminal as the Netracell always spawns near this terminal(ill show later in method 2)

Once you find the Netracell, activate it, which will then cause you to spawn a red circle, and killing enemies inside this circle will fill this node, which causes the cell to lower in security
you have to stop 1-3 times to kill a Necramite that pauses the lowering of the security. It's two times if you are running solo. If you are in a squad, it's 3.
once the cell is open, you can now grab all the loot(method 1)

Or walk past it and go to the main event. (will also show this in method 2)
Then, after you finish up in the cell, you start heading to extraction, which is pretty close.
