20 Min basic exercices in EMOM Style (every minute on a minute - always lovin' it). Here we go. Choose your own amount of reps for the certain exercises.

Remember: the faster you go, the longer will be your rest ;-) . When the new minute starts, you need to start with the new exercise. So get ready to crush through this one together again.

Try to become better every time you repeat this workout.
