Intense Cramps During Pregnancy and Other First Trimester Symptoms I Didn't Expect | What Helped Me

If you have intense cramps during pregnancy you aren't alone! I had severe cramping during my first trimester, along with some other early pregnancy symptoms I wasn't expecting. They were scary at first, but the more research I did they were more common than I realized.
