Dr. Andrew Seltzer has been a practicing orthopedic surgeon in Palm Beach County since 1989. He was fellowship trained at USC in upper extremity and hand surgery. His training also included a total joint replacement rotation at Brigham Women’s in Boston. A large part of Dr. Seltzer’s practice is treatment and surgery of musculoskeletal fractures ie., hand, wrist elbow, knees, ankles as well as knee and wrist arthroscopy and total joint replacements of knees, wrists and fingers. Dr. Seltzer has also served as a clinical professor at Nova Southeastern University working with medical students, interns and residents.

Dr. Seltzer was the first physician to receive the Palm Beach County Legal Aid Society Pro Bono award. Dr. Seltzer also received the Hero Red Cross award and has also traveled to Honduras on Medical Missions to perform surgery. Dr. Seltzer served as a Board Certification examiner for the American Osteopathic Board of Orthopedic Surgery. Dr. Seltzer is an avid golfer and is a sports enthusiast. He has a very avid interest in photography. Dr. Seltzer has served on the Board of Governors of Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center and is now Vice Chairperson of the Board. He also serves as current chairperson of the Operating Room Committee.
