The recently internationally retired backrow talks about his first experience of rugby, at Trebanos RFC, his development path, and his debut with the Ospreys (Alongside All Blacks icon, Jerry Collins!). His first taste of international rugby, his Six Nations debut against Ireland, his experiences in the World Cups, and the Lions tours he has featured in. As well as how difficult it can be to spend time away from family, dealing with injuries, and staying at the highest level for so long.
