CHILI DYNAMITE CHICKEN RECIPE :

Ingredients :
Boneless chicken cubes 400 gm

Ingredients for Marination :
Baking powder ¾ tsp
Chili powder ½ tsp
Garlic powder ½ tsp
Black pepper ¼ tsp
Chicken powder ½ tsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Chili sauce 2 tbsp
Schezwan sauce 1 tsp
Oregano ½ tsp
Paprika ½ tsp
Chicken powder 1 tsp
Egg white 1
Flour 4 tbsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Oil for deep frying

Ingredients for Sauce :
Mayonnaise ¼ cup
Garlic powder ½ tsp
Honey 1 tbsp
Ketchup 2 tbsp
Schezuan sauce 1 tbsp
Sweet chili sauce 1 tbsp
Paprika ½ tsp
Chili powder
Spring onion for garnish on top 2 tbsp
Lettuce to serve

METHOD :
Marinate chicken with all the marination ingredients on chicken, let it rest then deep fry.

METHOD FOR SAUCE :
Mix sauce ingredients, toss the fried chicken in it, and serve on a bed of lettuce leaves.


MASALA CHICKEN STRIPS RECIPE :

Ingredients :
Chicken breast fillet 2 pcs

To make my net:
Milk 1/2 cup
Chili sauce 1/4 cup
Vinegar 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp

For coating:
Flour 1 cup
Starch 1/3 cup
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Paprika powder 1 tsp
Ground Red Chilli 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Chicken powder 1 tsp
Peri Spice 1 tsp
Oil for deep frying

Spices for tossing Chicken:
Tandoori Spice 1-1/2 tsp
Peri Spice 2 tsp
Chicken powder 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp

METHOD :
Thinly slice the chicken breast lengthwise and marinate the chicken strips in a mixture of milk, chili sauce, vinegar, ginger garlic paste, and garlic powder for a few hours or overnight. On a plate, mix flour, starch, garlic powder, paprika powder, red chili powder, salt, chicken powder, and peri masala to prepare the coating.
