☑️ 1 teaspoon salt
☑️ 1 teaspoon pepper
☑️ 16 oz penne uncooked
☑️ 3 cups Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
☑️ 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
☑️ chopped parsley (optional)
