A 1985 movie about building the first section of the Coquihalla Highway from Hope to Merritt. This was the hardest part to build and was constructed much quicker than expected.

This film was created by the government at a time when there was some serious concerns about the project. Ultimately the project went through a serious investigation about the money spent and the quality of the construction.
