Receiving a blinking red light alert from your Ooze pen indicates that the device’s battery is dead or cannot charge because of a problematic charger or a bad connection between the battery and charger. Here's how to fix this issue:
Charge the Ooze Pen’s Battery
Get the Ooze pen’s smart USB charge.
Connect to the Ooze pen and a power source.
When the light turns from red to green and then goes off, remove the pen from the charger.

Check the Ooze Pen Charger
If the Ooze Pen is not charging, check the cable and see if it is the authentic charger that came with the device.
If it is not, get a manufacturer-certified one and see if it works.

Clean the Battery
Get a cotton swab and soak it with rubbing alcohol.
Locate the battery and the atomizer.
Gently clean between the parts with the swab and dry with a clean cotton cloth.
