This is an appropriately big battle which puts us in control of Cao Pi. He's got the twin sword moveset, which has moves from Liu Bei in DW6. It's not bad, it's fast, has range, and even has a grab as its C6.

The first battle is engaging Yuan Shao's army as long as you can until the reinforcements begin to overwhelm your army, at which point Cao Cao will retreat. It actually feels like you get overwhelmed pretty well here with how it's just waves of red flooding you on the map.

In the second part you see you are COMPLETELY surrounded by Yuan Shao's forces now. You then have to sneak around to Wuchao by Xu You's guidance, set it ablaze, and get Zhang He and others to defect. Then your army can start advancing upon the enemy and take down Yuan Shao.
