Facebook Ads consists of 3 levels of campaigns, Awareness campaigns, Consideration campaigns and Conversion Campaigns. The awareness campaigns have two choices of Facebook Ads: Brand awareness ads and Reach Ads. Consideration Campaigns have 6 choices of Facebook Ads: Traffic, Engagement, App sales, Video Vies, Lead Generation and Messages Ads. The last Facebook Campaign is Conversions: Conversion Ads, Catalog Sales and Store Visits.

Creating a Facebook Ad
Top right, click the down arrow and select Create Ads.
You will be taken to the Ads Manager.
This is where you will begin your ads
What is your marketing objective for this ad?
Facebook breaks it down into 3 marketing objectives: Awareness, Consideration, and Conversions.
If your objective is to attract the most eyeballs to your page or brand: Choices are Brand Awareness, Reach, and Video View Ads.
Engagement: if you want more post likes, comments, and shares on your post and page likes.

Lead Generation: to capture leads.
Traffic: if you want to drive traffic to a specific website or landing page. Make sure you have Facebook Pixel installed on that website, that way you can start tracking a creating a custom audience of the users that are going to your website. Then you can remarket to those users who went to your page.
Conversions ads to re-market to those users.
