Limited Partnerships offer their own set of advantages and disadvantages. However, they are not used as often. The reason being that LLCs have proven to be more appealing to partners. Despite this, we are here to deliver you the information you need to make that decision for yourself.

You can still find some Limited Partnerships in the world, for example, some trading firms still operate under such an entity. Furthermore, the state of California has an entity referred to as a Disregarded Limited Partnership. While this video may be short, we have a lot to discuss so keep watching till the end.
