Rebuild your core whether you have had a baby or not! This workout has been designed to specifically target your deepest core muscle, the transverse abdominals (TVA) and pelvic floor muscles.

This workout is the next level up to help to heal diastasis recti, strengthen the pelvic floor, and rebuild your abs (especially if you have had a baby).

Healing your abs after baby isn't easy and I am still struggling myself on this journey 15 Months on so you are NOT alone.

I hope today's video is helpful for any of you mamas looking to heal your abs after baby! And for the rest of you ladies, what's your excuse for not working your core?... That's right 😅❤️ LET's GO!!!



⫸ Muscles Worked: Transverse Abdominals (TVA)
⫸ Time: 12 Min
⫸ Equipment: Resistance band

⫸ Instructions: Follow along and complete the exercises using the timer on the video to guide on when to go and when to rest. ⛔ ✋🏾 Please do not this video if you have recently had a baby and have not had your 6 week doctors check, don't know if you have diastasis recti or not able to brace your core to prevent conning.
