The Air Max 1 is one of the very few sneakers that can really count as iconic: in it's 35 years of existence, Nike was able to reinvent, update and freshen up the silhouette again and again... and won't stop in 2022!⁣

For this year's Air Max Day, Nike releases the Air Max 1 la ville lumière as an homage to Paris (that is dubbed the city of lights). White mesh and leather, combined with an iridiscent overlay make a shiny contemporary colorway. Details such as the 3.26 letters on the tongue and special jewelry round of the release. It's kind of a walk down memory lane as the AM 1's designer Tinker Hatfield was inspired by the inside-out architechture of Centre Pompidou in Paris back in the days!⁣⁣
