Police officers who investigated the murder of Sarah Everard have spoken publicly for the first time, three years on from the 33-year-old's death. In a new documentary, former detectives reveal their shock of discovering that their main suspect, Wayne Couzens, was a police officer.

Former Inspector of Constabulary, Zoe Billingham, says there is a 'known history' of people being attracted into policing because it gives them immediate access to vulnerable victims'.
