This is my new gameplay of NFS Rivals on a very low-end GPU.

PC Specs
---------
-Intel® Dual-Core E5400 2.7 GHz
-2GB DDR II RAM 800 MHz
-Sapphire Radeon HD 6450 2GB DDR III
-Windows 7 Ultimate 32-Bit
-160 GB HDD

At First the game was only giving me 7-12 FPS at lowest settings, 1024x768 resolution.
Then I edited the config file and it gave 12-16 FPS at 640x480 resolution.
On my third triumph I did two things and it boosted the FPS upto
*30 locked at menus
*14-29 FPS while playing

Edits/Tweaks
-------------
1.Install update 1.2/1.3.

2.download and paste the following config files.

3.create a shortcut on desktop and add this to the target

-GameTime.MaxSimFps 30 -GameTime.ForceSimRate 20+

4.Enable tripple-buffering in the Graphics card.
5.run with Razer Game Booster.(not essential)


However the racer career takes lot of time to first load the race, which may be a bug/glitch.(believe me,I experienced many of those on my first run)
But the Cop career worked just fine for me.

This method will work for
HD 5450/HD 7450/HD 7470(x4xx/x5xx GPUs of AMD/ATI)
GT 610/GT 520/GT 210/GT 220*/GT 420M(x10/x15/x20 GPUs of nVidia)
Don't know about old 6xxx/7xxx/8xxx/9xxx GT Geforce GPUs

Softwares
----------
#Bandicam (Recording)
#AVS Video Converter 8.4
#Razer Game Booster

Settings
--------
640x480 resolution (you can try higher resolutions if you have more RAM)
lowest settings possible.

I used these setting because my CPU and RAM are also not enough to play Rivals
Minimum CPU
-----------
-Intel Core 2 Duo 2.4 GHz

Minimum RAM
------------
-4GB RAM or higher
