How To Make A Fabric Heart Collage Necklace From Upcycled Items

In this DIY upcycling video, we will be making a beautiful and romantic long statement necklace. We will be using scraps of fabric, lace, beads and other found treasures to create a lovely embellished fabric heart. I strive to create videos that are easy to follow and that are quite doable.
