Convenient Small Multi-Ream Box, Slightly Thicker Paper.

The packaging is where this stands out, which is its major selling point. It is a nice box holding 3 standard sized 500 reams. You can just tuck it in a closet without worrying about the paper getting banged up. The reams themselves are standard paper envelopes which are significantly better than plastic wrapped reams often found in consumer stores because they look better. These don't tear to pieces like the plastic wraps once you open a ream. You can actually reuse the box for reams you buy separately later. Note that the top rests on the top ream, not the box edge, so that if you open the top ream and put it back and stack things on top, it will push down on that half open package until small enough to reach the box edge.

The paper itself is just paper and conforms to the stated specs. The brightness (92) is on par with other 92s, often labeled as bright white. But side-by-side with my HP 92 it almost looked negligibly less white than the HP, perhaps due to surfaces reflecting differently in my lighting. The weight (24lb) is more than your usual 20lb copy paper, but otherwise conforms to the state 24 lb that should be on par with any other paper stated at 24lb. If you've never had 24lb before, it is only slightly thicker, nothing very stiff like cardboard or index cards. Compared to 20lb, 24lb paper gives things a slightly better feel, better for two-sided (duplex) printing because the other side doesn't show through as much, inkjets will probably work better with in saturation, and the thicker, stiffer paper is probably slightly less likely to crinkle causing jam. Honestly I haven't had a jam with 20lb paper in ages. Jams are often due to rollers & grabber material in your printer needing replacement sooner than you realize they need servicing.

It ships well, in a box with a few air pillows, but in general paper is pretty secure. But rather than being a ream with only paper edges banging around a shipping box, this 3-ream box protects them well within the outer box while it ships. The box itself would be safe enough to ship alone, but wouldn't look as nice or clean in your closet if banged up and full of stickers.
