We did this strictly out of customer and your guys requests, it was hard to remove the Bilstein 5100 setup, which provided a tremendous upgrade to the factory ride. The basics of this Quicklift setup
2" of lift out of the box, no other modification required. There is no height adjustment.
9 clicks of adjustment between really soft or really firm response. This makes a difference when changing terrains or carrying loads or towing.

Installation Instructions and Timestamps

Front
01:15 - 10mm socket Remove ABS line brackets from UCA
01:46 - 21mm socket, loosen the nut from the tie rod
01:55 - Take a hammer and strike the spindle until the joint breaks free, do not hit the tie rod end
02:29 - 18mm socket loosen the UCA ball joint from the spindle, do not remove nut completely, since the UCA will want to spring out from the spindle.
03:35 - Use safety wire or other strap device to hold the spindle towards the frame of the truck, out of the way of the shock tower
04:31 - Support the LCA, and use a 15mm socket and wrench to remove the lower strut bolts
04:43 - Remove plastic pieces from the top mount studs
05:10 - 18mm wrench to remove the 3 top nuts holding the upper strut mount
05:27 - 18mm socket unbolt the sway bar for better access to remove the strut.
06:00 - (Optional for new UCA install) 21mm socket and wrench to remove the 2 bolts holding the UCA in place
06:26 - (Optional for new UCA install) !Cutting Device Required! The droop limiting bracket is welded in place, so you need to cut
07:09 - (Optional for new UCA install) Position the UCA so the b olts are facing out
07:56 - (Optional for new UCA install) Grease the bushings before tightening the bolts to 90ft/lbs
10:45 - Install the new shock and loosely thread the top mount bolts to hold the shock in place
11:33 - Lift the LCA into place and thread the lower bolts to the strut
12:11 - Reconnect the sway bar end link then tighten the lower mounting bolts, then upper strut mount bolts.
12:53 - Place the upper ball joint into the spindle and remove safety wire
13:19 - 17mm socket to tighten the castle nut to 81lbs of torque
14:05 - Place the cotter pin, bend the end so it doesn't loosen and come out
14:17 - Slide the ABS lines through the supplied mounting bracket and attach the tab to the UCA
15:10 - Place the tie rod into the spindle and tighten the nut.

Rear
16:33 - Using a 22mm socket and wrench, remove the rear shocks held on by two bolts.
Put in the new rear shocks and rebolt.
