1986. The Cold War was still on. The Berlin Wall still stood. And the vibe between America and the Soviet Bloc was anything but friendly. It was at that time that THE STAS NAMIN GROUP, one of the USSR's most exciting rock bands, landed in San Francisco on the first stop of their groundbreaking US tour. They were hosted by DINOSAURS, an all star lineup of musicians who created The San Francisco Sound - Barry "The Fish" Melton (Country Joe & The Fish), John Cipollina (Quicksilver Messenger Service), Merl Saunders (The Saunders-Garcia Band), Peter Albin (Big Brother & The Holding Company) and Spencer Dryden (Jefferson Airplane). Special guest Billy Roberts. This jam features members of each band.
