About The Video: 'It Can't Be Helped' is a song about the wrongful internment of Japanese-Americans during Word War II, from Jucifer's 2014 album 'District of Dystopia'. The video was filmed and directed on location in Washington, D.C. by the band's members Edgar Livengood and Gazelle Amber Valentine. Historical footage was provided and production and editing done by noted editor and filmmaker Marc Pilvinsky.
