On Friday, October 11, 2024, at 2:30 a.m., firefighters from both Cal Fire, Riverside County and Riverside
Fire Department along with CHP, Riverside responded to a three-car traffic collision with multiple patients
and one person trapped. When units arrived, they found two cars near the intersection with damage and
one car off the road, against a fence near the Riverside National Cemetery with the driver trapped.
Fire fighters extricated that patient, and he was transported with unknown injuries. Another drier was
also transported with minor injuries. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
