The MLM (multi level marketing) / network marketing company, Green Compass, is one of the most toxic out there...in my opinion of course.

If you're not familiar, Green Compass is run very much like a pyramid scheme in the sense that they run on a recruitment based business model. What's this mean? It means the more you recruit, the bigger your paycheck.
