I Made History In F-Zero 99

Описание к видео I Made History In F-Zero 99

The F-Zero 99 community has always wondered what the hard limit of a race was, as nobody ever seems to take THAT long to complete a single race. Most attempts occurred on the final track in the game, which is Fire Field, due to how long it takes to beat it. These attempts have typically ended via rank out or time out, which is likely due to being too far behind the other racers. But what if... you were the only racer remaining?

I was trying my hand at acquiring KOs in Classic through a private Classic Mini Prix, as KOs are pretty hard to come by in Classic races. Despite not getting my hands on many, the CPUs were dropping like flies, at a rate of which there would be no one left to survive the Mini Prix. With only five survivors left to take on Fire Field, it made me wonder if the pilot count could get any lower. Two of the CPUs crashed out in the middle of the race, whereas the final two crashes were KOs. One for a CPU, and one for me.

As the only surviving pilot in this Mini Prix and no more machines to hunt, I decided to test how long I could stand the timer before the game booted me from the lobby. In this video, you'll finally know what the limit to the race timer is. Or at the very least, what it could be...

Who would've thought that an attempt at KO farming would turn into something as groundbreaking as this?
