Sleeping bags / comforters (really warm & thick)

water container (for drinking and/or washing)

lighter & Fire starter for the outdoor firepit (believe me it’s hard to start a fire if you don’t have the fire starter - can be bought from grocery store or online)
*weather appropriate clothes (temperature drops significantly at night & can become freezing even in the summer)

Hi everyone it’s KR,here’s the camping area for a reservation with equipped camping at Two Jack Main Campground.

A little Camping 101 for beginners: before camping you have to choose a camping site.

There are several ways to camp:

1. Backcountry: This is Wilderness camping accessed by hiking, paddling, or horseback, requiring permits and self-sufficiency. More experienced campers.

2. Frontcountry: Easily accessible by car, with amenities like fire pits, washrooms, and often near beaches or stores; ideal for tents and RVs.

3. Comfort Camping/Glamping: Stay in pre-set structures like cabins, yurts, or wall tents like this equipped camp site which is great for beginners.

4. Group Camping: Designated areas for larger gatherings, usually on privately owned campsite

5. RV/Campervan: Many provincial and private campgrounds accommodate RVs

Here’s what to expect inside the tent, there’s always going to be a total of 6 sleeping cots - looks too low, too small but shockingly its very durable and comfortable to sleep in.

This is as bare as it gets, giving you an idea what you should be bringing with you on your trip.

There will be a bear/food locker to keep all food and scented products at night. They provide the propane tank & campstove as well. (This is to prevent bears or other wild animals roaming around campsites.)

All sites have a Cooking/Kitchen Shelter & Washroom Facilities within 100 meters.
If you ever need a bigger place to prepare your food or wash dishes after, this is for you to use.

Keep in mind quiet times are from 11pm to 7am - please be mindful and respect your neighbors.

Restrictions: No Pets Allowed inside the tent (pets are allowed on the site). 

Washroom - have a flush toilet, very basic. The only down side is there are no showers! So go on the lake or just expect to be a little on the sticky side after 2 days.
