30 Minute Metabolic Smash - LOVED THIS! 3 of my favorite formats, and nice quick and breathless workout. We are starting with a fast cardio circuit to get the heartrate up. Then moving to a challenging compound strength circuit. We will finish with heavier weights in the 6x6 circuit. You'll hit 6 rounds, 6 reps of everything here. Super fun, super fast. *Calorie burn is really specific to each body and generally the margin of error is between 15-25%. So, take it with a grain of salt and certainly don't compensate with overindulging. The number on the thumbnail is what I have burned according to my Apple Watch 4.
